Prepayment Plan: $110-130 per Petition

Attorneys and firms that make payment by the 10th of the month:

- Three (3) petitions prepaid: $390 and $130 per petition thereafter;
- Five (5) petitions prepaid: $625 and $125 per petition thereafter;
- Ten (10) petitions prepaid: $1100 and $110 per petition thereafter;

Attorneys that prepay receive complimentary copies of The Bankruptcy Workbook for their clients.

This plan allows a firm to lower their costs and to increase the productivity of their staff.
