Basic Plan: $150 per Petition

Preparing Chapter 7, Chapter 13 petitions and plans and preparing means tests with accuracy and timeliness.

Prepayment Plans: $110-130 per Petition *

Prepay by the 10th of the month:
- Three (3) petitions $390 and $130 per petition thereafter;
- Five (5) petitions $625 and $125 per petition thereafter;
- Ten (10) petitions $1100 and $110 per petition thereafter;

This plan allows a firm to lower their costs and increase the productivity of their staff.

Support Plan: $175 per Petition *

Clients can contact our office for assistance in completing the necessary documentation. No legal advice will be provided, but the assistance can relieve staff of a time consuming task.
