Preparing a bankruptcy petition for filing requires skill and knowledge.  Skill and knowledge that take time to acquire.  If you have a staff member that can accurately and efficiently prepare petitions, HANG ON TO THEM!  Hiring and training someone new to prepare petitions can take a month or more AND experience with the thousands of possible issues that can spring up in a case can take years.
